THOMPSON, C.J. --Roxanne Nelson appeals the Superior Court's summary dismissal of her wrongful discharge action against her former employer, Southland Corporation. Mrs. Nelson contends she raised issues of material fact regarding whether (1) the disclaimers in Southland's discipline and separation procedures provided reasonable notice to its employees it did not intend to modify the employment-at-will relationship, and (2) Southland negated the effect of the disclaimers by subsequent inconsistent practices. We affirm.
