David C. Nelson (Nelson) commenced a breach of contract action against Strode Motors, Inc. (Strode). The trial court granted Strodes motion for summary judgment and the court of appeals affirmed. Nelson v. Strode Motors, Inc., 41 Colo. App. 484, 590 P.2d 78 (1978). We granted certiorari and now affirm the judgment of the court of appeals.
